If you opt-in to receiving appointment reminders through your Patient Portal with North Shore Center, you may receive reminders about your upcoming appointments that may be delivered in the form of phone calls, text messages, and/or e-mails based upon your selected preferences.  These communications may be managed by third-party “business associates” with whom we contract to assist us in operations.  No mobile or other personal contact information will be shared with third-party business associates for marketing or promotional purposes.
